Dr. Crispin Horng

Dr. Crispin Horng (General Dentist) was born in Taiwan and came to Canada in 1982. He first completed his degree in pharmacy and later pursued dentistry at University of British Columbia, He is currently the proud owner of 5 locations of Aesthetic Dental Group. Dr. Horng is an honest and caring dentist with over 20 years of dental experience. He cares deeply for every one of his patients and does only what is necessary for each individual’s need.  
When Dr. Horng is not working, he is spending time with family or playing badminton.

Natalia

Natalia is a certified cosmetologist and laser technician. She graduated from All Body Training Institute with a Diploma in Medical Aesthetics and has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Natalia is passionate about helping people achieve optimal skin health. She enjoys combining result-oriented clinical treatments with cutting-edge skin care regimens to help her clients achieve and maintain their individual treatment goals. In addition to her education and clinical training, Natalia has a gentle and calm presence that makes her clients feel comfortable and cared for during their visit to the Synergy clinic.  
When Natalia is not in the clinic, she shares her knowledge and experience with the students of the Blanche Macdonald Education Center as an instructor in the Laser Therapy Department.

Fion Zhang

Fion is an experienced beauty professional who has been in the industry for more than 20 years. She specializes in skincare treatments, semi-permanent makeup procedures and eyelash extensions services. Fion uses cosmetological theory and specialized techniques to create distinctive yet natural results. She has travelled to Korea on numerous occasions to continue her study and learn from experts in the field. By constantly advancing her skills and knowledge, Fion aims to provide high quality services using the latest technology to all her clients.

Monica Chen

Monica holds a diploma in Global Esthetics and is a Certified Cosmetology Professional (CCP) in British Columbia. She has also completed numerous medical esthetics courses over the years. Monica has nearly 30 years of experience as a professional esthetician in Vancouver including over 20 years as an instructor in the field. Monica specializes in addressing and preventing various skincare concerns and challenges using diverse treatment methods. With her wealth of clinical knowledge and expertise, Monica aims to deliver the most effective treatment outcomes and sustainable results by utilizing innovative products, equipment and approaches.

Elena Xu

Elena is a registered nurse with a passion for medical aesthetics and surgical nursing. With years of experience in the healthcare industry, Elena has developed a reputation as a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional.  
As a registered nurse at Synergy Advanced Laser Clinic, Elena provides a range of treatments to help her clients look and feel their best. She takes pride in using her extensive knowledge and skillset to help her clients achieve their esthetic goals while prioritizing their health and safety above all else.

Kelly Zheng

Kelly Zheng is a Registered Nurse with 12 years of experience in the field of sleep disordered breathing. With a Biochemistry degree, Kelly has always been interested in the beauty industry and has been advising people on their beauty and skin concerns. She has a keen eye for finding beauty products that work for different skin types and concerns. Kelly has been working at Synergy Advanced Laser for 5 years and has been instrumental in providing excellent customer service and skincare treatments. She performs and assists the doctor with medical aesthetic injections and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

Yolanda Jiang

Yolanda Jiang is a highly skilled and experienced esthetician. With a solid educational foundation, she graduated with honors from the prestigious Blanche MacDonald Medical Esthetic Diploma program. This comprehensive training has equipped her with a deep understanding of the latest techniques and advancements in the esthetics industry.  
Drawing from over three years of hands-on experience in the lash extension and cosmetics industry, Yolanda Jiang has honed her skills to perfection. She possesses an innate ability to enhance natural beauty, creating flawless looks tailored to each client’s unique features and preferences. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every lash extension and makeup application is executed with precision and artistry.
